Frankie started dancing at the tender age of 3 at Daniels Dancing Academy in Kenilworth and always knew that she wanted to be a dance teacher. She holds teaching qualifications in Ballet, Tap, Gymnastics Dance, Freestyle and Musical Theatre and is a Fellow of the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association). She also has a BA(Hons) degree in Dance Education from the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) and is Acrobatic Arts Certified. She has over 7 years experience of teaching in schools, nurseries, dance schools and performing arts academies.
Upon finishing school Frankie embarked on the BTEC Musical Theatre course at Stratford-upon-Avon College before moving to Guildford to train at the Performance Preparation Academy in Musical Theatre.
She has performed in musicals such as Legally Blonde, Singing in the Rain, Anything Goes as well as many other performances over the years.
Since moving back to the area Frankie has choreographed for local theatre productions including Gypsy and Oliver! (Loft Theatre Company), Beauty and the Beast, Annie, The Lazy Ace and Madagascar (PQA Warwick), Beauty and the Beast (Spa Juniors) and very nearly Crazy For You (LWMS) however the show was cancelled a week prior to opening night due to a pandemic!
Frankie is extremely proud and excited to see her dream of running a dance school come true and looks forward to seeing how Zest Dance grows over the coming years.
